70’s Black and White Wool Plaid Double Breasted Jacket 40s navy dress bust armpit to armpit: 20Measures 14. 5 across the shoulders, 36 through the bust, 30 at the waist, 37 through the hips and length is 26. Sleeves are 21 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Has medium wide notched lapel, open neckline, double breasted front, bracelet length sleeves and two back vents. Fabric is wool with full acetate lining. No makers label; has union workers tag. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are black, white and red; lining is bright
