1970s Striped Peasant Mini Dress maroon Grosgrain band and label from1970s knit dress in red, white and blue stripes of varying thickness. Elasticized sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulder. Wide smocked waistband is slightly raised and skirt is a line. Dress measures small but it's quite stretchy and the waistband is smocked. Shown on a size 2 form but will fit larger.
