Known for its smoky whiskies, Bowmore is one of the island's milder representatives, with around 35 ppm smoke content in the malt. In addition to its bottlings, the distillery is known for Vault No. 1 the only warehouse in Scotland that is below sea level. Aroma: Ripe fruit notes of pears and apples.
