The striking, 23 cm long, black blade made of Japanese stainless steel (hardness: 53 HRC) has a serrated edge that allows the knife to cut cleanly through hard bread crusts without tearing the crumb. Sharp and stable, it cuts bread without much effort, but also other hard and solid foods such as fruit and vegetables. Thanks to the PTFE coating, the cut
