Bonfanti Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva Barrique DOCG 2015 Barrique Geschmack: TrockenBonfanti produces its Amarone Reserve from a very careful selection of grapes, only in exceptional vintages. Under the right climatic conditions, optimal grapes with high natural acidity ripen, thus ensuring above average aging potential. The production method is, of course, the same as for Amarone DOCG, with the exception of extended aging in oak, in this case for four years.
