Balblair 18 Jahre 0,7l, alc. 46 Vol.-% dark chocolate and ripe figsThe Balblair Distillery, located very north in the Highlands, was founded in 1790 and is therefore one of the oldest distilleries still in operation in Scotland. The name of the distillery means something like "settlement on the plain". A few years ago, the whiskey range was switched from stating the vintage to the actual age. Balblair 18 Years Old matured the entire time in a combination of ex bourbon and ex sherry casks. Bottled at 46 vol. %
