Aroma and taste: amazing depth, smooth, and wonderfully balanced. There are no rough edges in the grain whiskey that bother you here. Pleasant honey sweetness, a little tickle from salt, pepper, walnut and peat smoke. The fullness of the whiskey suggests that the malts were not too young.
