To make the brandy, a wine is used that is made from Trebbiano grapes that come from the region. This brandy has a pleasant aroma of oak and almonds with a gentle spiciness and the sweet scent of vanilla and caramel. The taste is very soft and mild. A very fine sweetness with notes of caramel is in the foreground.
