For external use on bruises, sprains, strains and soft tissue swelling near joints. Simply apply to the affected area and massage in; 4 10 cm of gel, up to 3 times a day. Do not apply to open wounds, mucous membranes or in case of hypersensitivity; not recommended for children under 14 years of age.
