Medina Chardonnay D.O.K. Malta marsovin pork and poultry dishesThe noble Chardonnay grape grows extremely well under the Maltese sun. Made from hand picked bunches grown in Delicatas domaine of family run vineyards, this is an unoaked, soft and sappy, full flavoured dry white. It tastes slightly minerally with bright fruit flavours of Golden Delicious apple and citrus fruit. Chill well and serve at 8 12C.
