MCC stands for "Mthode Cap Classique" and refers to the traditional bottle fermentation method, which is also used in the production of champagne. This sparkling wine is made from a mixture of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes made from selected vineyards. The wine has a beautiful blassrosa Farbe and a bouquet of fresh red fruits
