Jaccquard BORO Patchwork Shirt Double Indigo Körperpflege Made in PortugalThe "2239 ID Jacquard BORO Patchwork Shirt" by Pure Blue Japan takes the Japanese Boro tradition as its starting point and reinterprets it radically. Instead of sewn patches, the patchwork is jacquard woven directly into the fabric. Rectangles of different textures appear to lie on top of each other, creating depth and movement without the shirt appearing garish. Made from double indigo cotton, both the warp and weft yarns are indigo dyed. The result:
