Chromed tubular steel supports the upholstered seat and back; the lines remain clean, the construction visible. The chair translates Bauhaus principles into post war modernism: reduction, balanced proportions, material honesty. The developed patina tells a story of use, the statics are reliable. As a single piece or in combination, it is calm in
