Black Jewel Choker Collar ss2017 designed by Megan Bishop inThis choker collar is handmade in thick, high quality PVC. Deep blue, iridescent pvc is layered over black. Fit is adjustable with buckle in back. Silver toned nickel plated steel hardware and with double layered bondage style o ring in front. Collar is 1. 5 inches wide. Ring are 1. 5" and 1" wide. The iridescent pvc shifts from deep blue to deep green in the light, and reminds me of beautiful beetle wings! SMALL MEDIUM (11 13") MEDIUM LARGE (13 15")
