It's a heavier weighted scepter and is perfect for any outfit or affair. This scepter has a beautiful arrow design on the top with an ornate center and it has a rhinestone cage at the bottom of it. This piece has rhinestones of many sizes throughout. Not sterling but does not have any pull near a magnet. Made in Austria
