50's Women's Hat new wave fashion Saddle Shoulders: 15" - acrossAn all white hat with wide brim and low crown, heavily embellished with organdy, lace and silk flowers. The back has a wide grosgrain bow with short streamers. There is an elastic chin strap to keep it in place. No label but it has United Hatters, Cap and Millinery Workers International Union tag. It measures 20" around the inside band, the brim is 3" and the diameter of the crown is 6". Excellent condition (appears never worn). Catalog # 6514
