There is some general wear and variation in color to the brown portions and some smudges to the white nubuck

shirring at shoulders and hips and patch pockets on both the bodice and skirt

It's very hard to spot however due to the pattern

Bodice has a high cowl neckline

3" across the ball and the heel is 4”

The buttons are faux stone shank buttons, the last button at the waist is a small mother of pearl button. I can't say for sure if it's a replacement or not as oftentimes blouses and dresses from this era had a plain button at the waist to reduce bulk.
