The leather is water resistant and has a textured grain. The inside is lined in a black stripe cotton. There's one zippered pocket inside, and one on back with metal COACH branded pull. Flap top with magnetic closure. Adjustable shoulder strap with a slider. Overall amazing condition with very light wear to bottom corners and a few small pen marks on interior. Inside super clean.
