The bodice and skirt feature rushed accents, with jet black velvet straps and bows. Inside the skirt is a crinoline and hoop for a bell shaped structure. The inner bodice is lined with a fitted and boned corset. Beautiful hand finishings complete the trims. Sadly missing it's makers label, but an identical match with another Frank Usher
