40's Hand Painted Circle Skirt by Kent calico This dress is very similarMade of cotton, which is still strong, soft, vibrant in color, and in great shape. Hand painted and made in Mexico. The waist is somewhat adjustable, best for waists up to 28" in its current state. There are two waist straps that meet in the middle front with a double hook bar closure. There are also two long straps which then wrap around the waist and tie in a bow. Measurements: 28" waist Free hips 29. 5" length
