1930s Blue Velvet Blouse with Full Sleeves baby_toe Shoulder: 15"1930s blouse in a royal blue velvet. Small rolled collar with decorative covered buttons down the front. Blouson style with elastic at the waist to control gathers. Full cut sleeves fasten with more covered buttons at the cuff. Top fastens at the side with a snap placket and behind the neck with a hook and eye. Matching sash belt is present. Nice condition for it's age, some general wear to the fabric, a rubbed area behind one shoulder that looks
