Will fit an xs through medium measuring 23 1/4" long unstretched and stretches easily to 29"

The dress closes with a side metal zipper and there is a matching waist tie

1930s Beaded and Embroidered Dress Set 1930_gown Vamps have a crossover designLate 1930s dress and vest set in navy rayon. Dress has full, puffed sleeves, small collar and shaped waist panel adorned with covered buttons. There are metal zippers at the side and behind the neck. There is are wide attached ties off the sides to cinch the waist. Matching cropped vest has the same embroidery and wooden beading as the dress collar and cuffs. Label reads "Fashioned by Classy Jean" Set is in very good condition with only general wear
