50’s Black Pixie Tassel Hat by Gage red leather trainers Sizing~ best for modern 4/61950's pixie style hat. Fabric is a soft black velour with a hint of white like a very very faint tweed. Pointed crown holds 3 tassels held on with silver cord. Interior is finished with the standard ribbon. Hat is wired just above the edges to hold shape.
