The Union Label is the ILGWU AFL CIO National Recovery Board Coat & Suit Industry Label which was used between the 1950's and 1960's. There is no size or material tag but based on feel I believe it to be a worsted like wool or wool blend and based on actual measurements I believe it to be a women's size medium or large.
