Belt backing is worn (shiny part has worn off) but is still sturdy and this is not visible when worn

1950s Cowhide Wedges two-tone Heel height: 1 3/8"1940s 50s brown and white cowhide wedges with peep toes. Slingback strap adjusts by buckle. Label reads "Illing of California". These look like they were perhaps tried on but never worn as the soles are still smooth. Excellent condition overall with some age related wear flaws.
