50's White Cotton Three Tiered Petticoat gifts for girls The dress has a rowA white cotton petticoat with three tiers, embroidered nylon band at the hem and muslin under the bottom tier. It has an elastic waist and no label. It measures res 24" to 34" around the waist, the hips are 40" and the length is 31". Very good condition (the elastic is a bit stretched and there are a few hard to find pin sized rust marks). Hand or gentle machine wash. Size Medium. Catalog # 6692
