Looks to be from the 1950s/60s

Light wear overall but a few spots and holes towards the hem

Inside diameter measures about 21" but it will fit larger due to the way it sits on the head

I didn't note any staining

1950s Rose Print Skirt 1950_wedges Looks to be from theLate 40s early 1950s skirt with a pink and green rose print on a white ground. Fabric is semi sheer, feels like a cotton or cotton blend. Waistband is black velvet and there is a side metal zipper. Appears to be homemade. There is light wear and a couple small faint spots in the skirt, not noticeable but see close ups. There is some uneven stitching on the waistband but this too is not noticeable as it is black thread on black fabric. One photo shows
