The grosgrain band inside the waist is split in a few places but this isn't visible or affect wear
Length: 27" plus 2 3/4" hem allowance
some light rust spots from the buttons that are not visible when worn~they are covered by the overlap when the dress is fastened

1940s Monogrammed Satin Housecoat / Robe cream Very difficult to photograph unfortunately1940s unlined housecoat in champagne colored heavy satin. Front has an asymmetrical closure with a button at top and a snap closure at waist that has button sewn atop. Bracelet length wide cut sleeves with quilting at the hems and along the neckline. The neckline can be worn buttoned or open as the underside is quilted as well. No belt loops present but this can be worn with a sash if further waist definition is desired. Princess seams on both front
