These have a high fitted waist with a notched waistband, perfect for tucking in blouses or layering belts. There is a classic zipper fly, with a wider hip that tapers into a slimmer ankle. Pockets at the hips. These are nice and crisp and stiff. Wash them to break them in and make them soft, or dry clean to keep them crisp. I couldn't quite pinpoint the decade on
