There is a shaped yoke over the hips (front and back) with decorative buttons. Skirt closes with a side metal zipper and single button closure at the waistband. Hem is very full and swingy. I have lightened some of the photos for detail, true color is a medium navy. Excellent condition! Waist: 26" Hip: Free Length: 26"
