Mandarin neck embellished with covered buttons down the left shoulder area, set in waist with unattached gold sash, sheer unlined full sleeves with wide cuffs, closing in the back with a long zipper. Completely lined other than the sleeves with a matching cotton blend fabric. There is a condition issue. On the right sleeve where it adjoins the body is a 1 inch fabric shred. I have
