Sleeves are 25 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Has ruffled collar and ruffles down front, puffed sleeves, ruffle at cuffs, buttons down front and on cuffs, straight shape and square hem. Fabric is lightweight polyester, unlined. Label reads "Collegian of California". Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are bright blue, bright green,
