70's Embroidered Floral Cotton Dress vintage southwest 14" pit to pitThis insane 1970s maxi dress has major regency vibes. Made of an embroidered cotton lawn fabric, with little pink, purple, yellow and blue flowers. The sleeves are a leg of mutton style, with tight fitting snap cuffs. There's elastic in the sleeve upper to keep it puffed out. The neckline is a ruffled mockneck, and the waistband is an empire style waist which sits right under the bust. This looks like it walked right off the set of a Jane Austen film
