Has built in loops at the waist to add a belt or tie. The fabric is slightly on the heavy side (yet still soft) so it hangs nicely on the body. A fab piece for any season! NOTED FLAWS: Has been mended in a few spots but it's not very noticeable. Fabric is slightly faded due to age. MEASURMENTS: Vintage sizing can tricky as the size listed on the
