Different parts of the vest are made from different fabrics: the main body of the front from a brushed cotton moleskin, the yoke and back from a cotton grossgrain, the ribbing at the neck from wool, and the long zipped pocket at the left breast from cow leather. In addition to the leather breast pocket, there are two lower waist hand pockets. The vest has a covered button placket, with velcro at the neck, which can be worn
