1950s Red Elastic Cinch Belt shoes_purse Black raffia cloche from the50s elastic cinch belt in a tomato red with goldtone clasp. Clasp features a vertical row of "x"s. Very nice condition, some age related wear but elastic is still stretchy and I see no obvious issues. Will fit an xs through medium measuring 23 1 4" long unstretched and stretches easily to 29". Width is 2 3 8".
