Ribbon rosettes trim the front neck and the peaks of the "scoops" at the front. Ruffled lace at the hem. The fabric is nylon, and it's a double layer the lining hangs down below the "scoops" at the front. The tag has been removed. 1980s 1990s. Measurements Small Shown on a mannequin with 87 cm (34") bust, which is perfect. It can fit a slightly larger bust, but this
