The dress consists of a top layer of mesh or net which is decorated with bands of satin cord. This cording is arranged in horizontal bands to the skirt, and is used cleverly on the bodice to accentuate the flattering bust and shoulder lines. There is an integral full sleeveless slip, with full skirt. This creates an illusion type top to the bodice and shoulders. The neckline is bateau style, which extends into capped sleeves.
