Scoop neck with spaghetti straps; attached bib collar overlay. Bib overlay is attached at waist and snaps together at back of neck. Dress slips on over the head; snap and hook eye closures at the left side. Skirt has hip darts at front and back waist; 18" gathered ruffle drop at hemline. Best fits an Extra Extra Small.
