A desirable shirtwaister style which falls to just below the knee, it is full skirted and pleated, typical hallmarks of dresses which straddled these two decades. It has short sleeves and a nipped in waist. It has a rounded neckline, thoughtfully edged with black trim. The front of the dress fastens with five black plastic buttons,
