Waist: 25. 75 to tight 26 Length: 31 Sweep: 148 Brand: N A Condition: Presents beautifully & has been carefully restored. The skirt was taken it at some point, it has been restored & there are a few stitch marks that are barely noticeable. Button had pulled through,
