Button up, puff sleeves, and a tie on either side of the neck that can be tied into a Pussy Bow or however you like. Single button cuffs. Buttons are purple. The fabric and size tag have faded, but it feels like it could be polyester. The material is lightweight. Bright blue with a multi color paisley print. Excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find.
