It's flirty, with the tiered ruffled skirt and drop waist which is tight around the hips. There is a draped peplum that is shirred at the sides and which is attached to an elastic dropped waist. The fabric is polyester jacquard, with a shiny circle weave over the geometric striped design. Dress pulls over the head, no zipper. Size 6. Excellent condition. Measurements Shoulder 14"
