Short puff sleeves made of lace, wide scoop neck with a double sequin border, and a low cut back. Skirted waist with sequins and lace. Stretchy blue material for the body suit. Bust measures 32" up to about 42", waist 24" up to about 32", length 23". Recommend dry cleaning before wear, has an old storage smell.
