60’s Vintage Red Bucket Cloche Hat Novelty Designs vint trifari 5”L - 7”LA super fun 1960s vintage vivid red straw bucket cloche hat with layers of novelty white plastic pin wheels. A small brim and a rounded cloche style crown hat that is unlined. 21" inside. It is a soft woven straw and a thin red velvet band goes around and then a tiny bow tops the front.
