Made in Brazil in the 1970s, it was crafted as a sculpture from the start. The leather has been shaped and hardened, with no stitchingonly scalloped edges joined by glue. Its slouched form and detailed construction reflect both craftsmanship and intention, blurring the line between object and ornament.
