The fabric is covered in a very distinctive print of red (dancing? or just chatting?) silhouettes in red, set against a dark grey black(ish) background. All together the silhouettes form a crowd of sorts over the surface of the skirt, the exact pattern of which changes as the pleats expand and contract with movement. Knit vest with the same
