There's two patch pockets on the front and a full lining. Beautiful rich velvet from the 1970s. Light wear to elbows as you can see in the back shot photo. Bust measures 36", waist 34", length 24. 5", shoulder 14. 5". Marked a vintage size 12, about a modern 6 8
