Made in the USA in the 80s, in a very mod 1960s style silhouette. Coat buttons down center front to below the hip line, where there is a fixed seam that coat doesn't open (why I classify it as a coat dress). Therefore, it slips over the head. One visible button at the center front, a decorative cream enamel, and a gold button. 1960s style rounded collar. Sleeves are finished
