This is honestly a DREAM dress! Jean Varon is one of the most collectible designers of the time, and I am so overjoyed to have been able to confirm authenticity. She has the most remarkable silhouette, with huge lantern sleeves, statement frill collar and a double layered swooshing skirt. Her
